Terms and Fees
The $20 monthly fee is waived if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Total Relationship: Maintain a daily minimum balance of $25,000 in a combination of deposits and loans (excluding credit cards and non-serviced mortgages). The daily minimum balance must be maintained every day of the monthly statement cycle.
- Serviced Mortgage: Maintain a serviced mortgage loan with an original amount of $100,000 or more.
- Small Business Owner: Maintain an active commercial checking account.
